These digital programmable 12V ignitions are mainly used for race engines. The Oscillator type is a CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition), while the Transistor is an Inductive Discharge Ignition The Oscillator has a very low power consumption, while the Transistor needs at least 3 amperes. The advantages are: a very low starting RPM, and huge sparks. |

| In some cases you will have to make some adjustments for these sets to fit onto your engine. This is necessary to properly line up the pick-up (pulser) with the included disc. This could mean making a baseplate, adjusting the shaft, or adjusting the disc. | ||||||
